2. CareSight Feasibility Analysis

What it is: A more detailed assessment that builds on the initial consultation to stress-test your AI tool against clinical, operational, and reimbursement realities.

What we examine in depth:

      • Clinical integration: where the tool lives in the workflow, who uses it, how it changes time-on-task and documentation.

      • Billing and adoption: fit with existing codes, implications of frameworks like CPT Appendix S, and realistic near-term adoption scenarios.

• 3–5 prioritized recommendations for product, positioning, and evidence-building

This becomes a working document you can refine as the product evolves.

3. Follow-Up Consulting & Implementation Support

What it is: Ongoing support to act on the findings from your feasibility work.
